Description

The Bow River Bugger is a hybrid bugger style combining a bugger style tail and body with a Muddler style representing common sculpins found in rivers of the Northern Rockies. The fly can be tied in just about any color combination desired.

Materials

• Body: Chenille
• Collar: Stacked deer body hair
• Head: spun deer hair
• Ribbing: Palmered saddle hackle
• Tail: Marabou and flash
• Thread: UTC 140 Black
• Weight: .015 lead free wire

• Firehole 811 Barbless Streamer - #1-#6 or equivilent
