Bullet Bait Fish

Description

I've caught the larger LMB yet with this pattern (6-plus pounds). It is also very effective for smallmouth bass.

Materials

• Body: Craft Fur or similar synthetic fibers
• Body: I used chartreuse.
• Body: Ice Dub Minnow Back Shimmer Fringe
• Body: The belly is usually white with a darker color for the back. In this case
• Body: coated with sealant
• Body: tied in full body bullet style
• Body: your choice for color
• Other: Eyes are self adhesive flat coated with sealant
• Tail: Butt end of body fibers
• Thread: To match body or red

Hooks

• Mustad 3407-DT or any other 2X heavy salt water type hook
• sizes 1/0-4/0

Target species: Largemouth Bass, Other (not listed), Smallmouth Bass
