Description

This is a very sparse Hornberg meant to represent small bail fish in the shallows for rainbow trout. It also can work in the tide waters for SRC.

Materials

• Body: Fine to small flat silver tinsel depending on hook size
• Hackle: Grizzly hen or saddle
• Thread: Black
• Topping: One mallard flank feather tied in tent style
• Wing: Sparse yellow over red bucktail fibers

• Daiichi 2340 or similar
• Tiemco TMC 300
• sizes 4-10
