This has become my favorite stone.

Tying Process

I think I like Grouse in the loop better. The peacock head on the original just doesn't really work as consistently for me.

Materials

• Body: Hareline Golden Hare's Ear
• Head: Tungsten Bead
• Legs: Roodbeer color Grizzly Micro Legs
• Ribbing: Medium Gold Wire
• Tail: Rootbeer Grizzly Micro Legs
• Thorax: Speckled Hen and golden dubbing spun in loop

Target species: Rainbow Trout

Fly types: Jig, Nymph
