Thunder Fly

Description

I wanted to try organza as an alternative to golden pheasant crest which is called for in the pattern. It works but doesn’t have the nice upturn that GP crest has.

• Body: Danville black floss
• Ribbing: Danville orange floss single strand
• Tail: Yellow organza
• Thread: Black
• Throat: Yellow schlappen
• Wing: Guinea quill

• Ahrex FW581
